Required Knowledge & Experience

  • Experience: 2–4 years of proven success in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or Performance Marketing.
  • Industry Background: Prior experience in Fintech, Digital Lending, BNPL, E-commerce, or Smartphone/Consumer Electronics retail is highly preferred.
  • Platform Expertise: Deep hands-on knowledge of Meta Business Suite, digital sales funnels, and lead nurturing.
  • Design Skills: Practical experience creating marketing collateral via Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Environment: Proven ability to thrive and maintain accuracy in a target-driven, fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline. Professional digital marketing/graphic design certifications are a major plus.
  • Communication: Bilingual fluency in Bangla and professional-level proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Leadership & Execution: Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage direct reports and cross-functional stakeholders effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets to track ROI and campaign engagement metrics.

 


Responsibilities & Context

Sahaj Mobile is seeking a proactive, performance-driven Senior Executive – Digital Marketing to accelerate digital customer acquisition, online sales, and brand engagement. In this role, you will drive high-converting digital campaigns, oversee social media operations, and directly manage a Telesales Digital Marketing Coordinator to maximize lead conversion.

The ideal candidate possesses a strategic yet hands-on approach to digital sales, excellent cross-functional coordination skills, and a proven track record in fast-paced sectors like Fintech, E-commerce, or Consumer Electronics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign & Lead Management: Plan, execute, and optimize conversion-focused Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns to meet monthly lead generation and online sales targets.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and guide the Telesales Digital Marketing Coordinator to ensure seamless lead handovers, rapid response times, and high conversion rates.
  • Content & Creative Oversight: Design and produce engaging promotional assets using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools to boost organic reach and brand visibility.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Sync with retail shops, field sales, and credit verification teams to align product pricing, stock availability, and EMI promotions.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor daily social media KPIs, customer engagement trends, and telesales performance; prepare actionable weekly/monthly reports for management.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor movements and evolving digital consumer behavior in Bangladesh to iterate and improve campaign performance.
